Is there a summary I can share with my employer outlining the benefits of participation in The Program, including expectation of the time involved in attending board meetings and governance training sessions, some of which may fall within office hours?

Yes! The Program has a summary sheet for applicants to share with their employers prior to candidates applying? Applicants are expected to apply having informed their employers of the time commitment involved to secure support for their participation in The Program. Further clarification about the specific time commitments required by your organisation will be clarified following formal placement confirmation.
